Grade 3/4

Our Grade 3/4 Learning Centre provides our students with contemporary learning and teaching approaches in a modern, purpose-built educational setting. The space offers students a learning environment that is suitable for a range of educational experiences - including explicit and direct instruction. Students have access to our 1:1 iPad program; learners are encouraged to continue to develop their understanding of themselves as individuals, being inspired to challenge and engage themselves in a broad range of curriculum opportunities. Student collaboration continues to be promoted as students work together, supporting one another on their learning journey.

We provide structured and evidence-based learning utilising the latest neuroscience and a structured, knowledge-rich curriculum, we ensure students build deep understanding. A low-variance curriculum provides students with a consistent learning experience that allows our teachers to focus on individual student needs.

St. Michael's Primary School provides a child-safe environment, where all students have the right to be treated with respect and dignity, and will be protected from harm.

The Sandhurst Catholic Education Office and Schools acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which their Offices and Schools are built. We commit to working in partnership with Aboriginal people for reconciliation and justice.
